FoxFire Salon & Spa Policies


For the relaxation of all our guests and the safety of your children, please make arrangements for child care for your children under the age of 8 before your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All reservations for appointments longer than 3 hours require a credit or debit card to secure.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are less likely to be filled by another guest. Therefore, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged when not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

No-show will be subject to 100% of the service fee for a missed appointment.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards never expire and may be applied to services or products. They are not refundable.

Service Adjustments

If you would like an adjustment on a previous service, please contact the salon within 24 hours of your service. Adjustments must be booked within 7 days of the original service.

Service Fees

Due to service industry mandates in Washington State, FoxFire Salon & Spa adds a 5% service fee to each ticket. Fees offset the costs to cover employee benefits such as Sick and Safe Time Pay, health care benefits, and fair wages. Thank you for your support.
